  • Delivery Policy: What is your delivery policy?
    Our delivery policy ensures prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. Please refer to our Shipping Information section for detailed information on dispatch times, shipping methods, and delivery surcharges. Are there any surcharges for delivery? Surcharges may apply for courier deliveries outside mainland UK. Please refer to our Shipping Information section for a list of destinations where surcharges may apply and contact us for a quote if your postcode falls within these areas.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    Orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day, except on Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Returns and Exchanges: Do you accept returns?
    Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of order delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility criteria and instructions on how to initiate a return.

    Yes, we offer free shipping for every single order within Mainland UK. What are your shipping methods? We offer standard shipping and Next-Day delivery options for our customers' convenience.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Are there any conditions for returns? Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At present, we only ship within Mainland UK. Please contact us for more information on international shipping options.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
